Unopened Returns

If your kit is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

No questions asked.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@babysquad.com.

We’ll resolve it quickly — with a replacement, store credit, or refund — without asking you to return the toy.

Natural Materials & Handcrafted Variation

BabySquad toys are made from natural, untreated wood and finished with plant-based pigments.

Because of this, you may notice:

  • natural wood grain patterns
  • subtle color variation between pieces
  • small marks or darker areas in the wood

These are not defects. They are signs of real wood, real hands, and honest making.

If something feels unexpected or concerning, please reach out — we’re always happy to help assess what you’re seeing.

Opened or Used Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, used or mouthed toys cannot be returned.

Our toys are handcrafted and carefully packed for protection, and once opened, they cannot be repacked or resold safely.

That said, if something isn’t working for your baby — whether it’s the age stage, engagement, or expectations — please contact us.

In many cases, we’re able to help through guidance, partial store credit, replacement of specific pieces, or other fair resolutions.

We handle each situation thoughtfully and case-by-case.
