Shipping Policy
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders of $100 and above.
Standard shipping is $8.95 for orders under $100.
All orders ship via DHL Ground from our U.S. warehouse.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Total delivery time: approximately 5–8 business days from order to doorstep.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping locations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
We’re working toward expanding shipping in the future.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at hello@babysquad.com.
Once a package is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Waiting 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)
If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement immediately.
If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 or more business days, reach out and we’ll investigate with DHL.
Delays
Occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday periods.
During major holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Mother’s Day), processing and delivery times may extend by 2–3 business days.
